• Price 1 pax. in Private Tour with transfer, monitor, ski pass, equipment and travel insurance: in a Sedan vehicle (from 1 to 2 pax.) from €825 (Monday to Sunday), in a Minivan vehicle (from 1 to 6 pax.) from €925 (Monday to Sunday), in two Minivan vehicles (from 7 to 12 pax.) from €850 (Monday to Sunday).
• Without transfer, only Official Monitor, ski pass, equipment and travel insurance: from €425 (Monday to Sunday).
• Price 1 pax. (under 6 to 12 years old): from €120, Babies and Children from 0 to 5 years old: from €60.
• Prices include VAT.
• Tour accompanied by official ski instructor for classes according to level.
• Ski or snowboard equipment rental individualized for the activity.
• Includes daily ski pass for access to the slopes.

• Winter Schedule: Recommended tour in the morning or in the evening.
• Summer Schedule: Tour recommended in the morning or afternoon.
• We inform that the activities will be carried out under the appropriate meteorological/operational conditions and depending on the amount and area of snow according to the dates chosen.

ABOUT THE WALKING TOUR

• Tour itinerary: a route created exclusively for a nature and snow experience in the Sierra Nevada ski resort.
• Access to the areas without queues and respecting safety distances.
• Digital or printed tickets to access the experiences.
• Tour recommended for adults and children from 3 years old.
• Altitude sea level: 2,700 metres.
• Distance: 110 skiable kilometres.
• Recommendations: Comfortable shoes, suitable clothing for the Tour (Winter – Summer).

RECEPCION DEL VISITANTE

–Meeting point: At the accommodation or the place agreed in advance with the client. The forfait and tickets are in the possession of the official monitor who accompanies you throughout the Tour and will give them to you before going to the slopes.

–Our monitor will carry a DOOR TO DOOR TRAVEL sign so that you can recognise it at the start and all along the route. 

ACCESSIBILITY TO THE TOUR

A) Baby strollers: If accompanied by minors, we recommend the use of a baby carrier due to the characteristics of some sections of the route where it is very difficult to use the baby stroller. We inform you that there is a children’s play center at the resort for children from 4 months to 6 years old, supervised by qualified personnel, in case you request these services.

B) Wheelchairs and other elements of reduced mobility: the resort is not fully conditioned so that people with mobility problems can enjoy it freely due to its characteristics. We would be grateful if you could let us know before your arrival if anyone uses a wheelchair so that we can give you options and adapt the activity to suit your needs.

TICKET RESERVATION AND TOUR RULES

1. The full name, surname and ID or passport number of each participant must be provided at the TIME OF APPLICATION. This information is essential to be able to access the activities at the resort. DOOR TO DOOR GRANADA TRAVEL is not responsible for the LOSS of the FORFAIT and the non-admission to the activities of the visitor for not carrying the identification documentation in case of being required by the staff or authorized persons in charge of the spaces and facilities to be visited.

THERE IS NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR DISTANCE SALES. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY.

*When our City & Monuments Tours are purchased at a distance according to Article 103 I) of the Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 approving the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, The right of withdrawal for any reason and with the right to a refund of the total amount paid within 14 calendar days from the day of conclusion of the contract (which is regulated in Articles 102 and following of said Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) does NOT apply to consumers in services related to leisure activities if the contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.

Therefore, in the event that the consumer cancels his/her reservation, the following cancellation policy shall apply:

1. We will refund 100% of the amount or reschedule at no cost if the cancellation is made up to 10 days before the start of the Tour.

2. We refund 90% of the amount if the cancellation is made from 9 days to 7 days before the start of the Tour.

3. We reimburse 80% of the amount if the cancellation is made from 6 days to 2 days before the start of the Tour.

4. We do not make refunds and have a charge of 100% of the amount, if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the start of the Tour.

5. It is not refundable and has a charge of 100% of the amount of the ski pass if you do not show up or arrive late at the time indicated in your Tour.

6. Cancellations out of time of the above mentioned points, if they are due to force majeure, will have to be communicated and justified for its valuation.

What is a Sierra Nevada Tour?
It is a tailor-made itinerary designed and created to provide a fully personalized learning experience for you and the travel companions of your choice in the Sierra Nevada Ski Resort and its surroundings. Where does the tour start and end?
The details of the meeting point will be informed in your confirmation e-mail unless there is a change by the traveler, it always ends in the center of the city (Puerta Real) but can also be modified if necessary. We have a 24 hour phone number available for any last minute problems.

What if the weather is bad?
Tours can be affected by inclement weather, our design department will keep an eye on you and monitor the weather, advising and recommending alternative dates for the activity.

Is it suitable for children / seniors or travelers with mobility problems?
